Moulding

All of our moulds are made in-house by our highly skilled and experienced team of mould makers. They are constructed specifically to cope with the pressure created when casting in polyurethane foam systems.

We can mould an object as small as a pea up to something as large as a bath tub! Most of our moulds are made on-site in our workshop but we can mould on location if required. Below are some examples of our work. And don't forget, we hold a stock of over 3,000 moulds ready for re-use, so do ask us in case we have what you need already.
